In addition, the PCRL project has developed a Monitoring & Evaluation Framework Manual to instruct all implementing partners, and relevant stakeholders on the procedures for the collection of data and information relating to all project activities in order to measure both Quantitative and Qualitative Achievements.
The PCRL project uses a Monitoring & Evaluation, and Knowledge Management System that has been designed through the use of a participatory approach and engaging with all implementing partners, executing agencies, and relevant stakeholders. The system utilizes a “cloud-based database system” that stores all relevant information relating to the PCRL Project.
To achieve smooth coordination of the PCRL project with all implementing partners, and executing agencies, the PCRL uses an online events calendar.
