PSC Meetings
The PCRL-PSC was appointed by the MAFF Minister in the Decision letter No. 397, dated 01 December 2023, responsible for guiding during the implementation period as well as decision-making to ensure that the efficient execution of the project leads to the achievement of the project objective and that the project maintains alignment with all relevant national policies.
The PSC will oversee the project implementation and ensure that all activities are executed in smooth coordination with all key implementing partners and in accordance with the project document, inception report, and updates or amendments to project documents. The PSC will meet biannually (twice per year) and on an ad-hoc basis as needed. Where necessary, the PSC members may attend meetings virtually (e.g., zoom) at the discretion of the chair and with adequate advance notice to the Secretariat for making such arrangements. It conducted its inaugural meeting on 14 February 2024, and its ad-hoc meeting on 25 March 2024 to review and approve the Annual Work and Budget for 2024, incorporating the alignments with the new MAFF and MOE policy frameworks.
